MyMacca's helps customers in Australia manage food orders and reward points from one place on an Android phone. It is designed for people who want to arrange a meal before arriving, pay without using cash, or collect points from eligible purchases. In addition, the app brings ordering options and rewards activity together for participating McDonald's restaurants. Order and pay in the app

MyMacca's lets you choose food and drinks, then pay for an order before collection or delivery. You can select Pickup, Drive Thru, Kiosk, Front Counter, Table Service, or McDelivery where available. The available ordering methods depend on the participating restaurant you select.

Collect Rewards points

You earn 100 points for every $1 spent on eligible food and drink purchases. MyMacca's adds points automatically when you place an order in the app. When ordering at a participating Drive Thru, Front Counter, or Kiosk, you can use a MyMacca's Rewards Code to collect points.

Use points for food rewards

MyMacca's lets you exchange points for selected menu items when rewards are available. Food reward choices can include soft drinks, fries, burgers, McNuggets, McFlurrys, and McCafé drinks. You can redeem an eligible reward and still earn points in the same eligible transaction.

Check deals and tailored offers

You can view weekly app-only deals, bonuses, and offers that are tailored to your account. These offers may apply to selected food or drink orders and can have their own conditions. Check the offer details before adding it to an order.

Repeat orders with saved details

MyMacca's shows recent orders so you can find items you have ordered before. You can also save favourites, view your points and rewards balance, and keep a preferred payment method for later checkout. This can be useful when ordering the same meal at a participating location.

Rewards and participating locations

MyMacca's is focused on McDonald's Australia and its participating restaurants. The restaurant list in the app shows locations that support mobile ordering and check-in. Food rewards, offers, order types, and reward availability can vary by location and may change over time.

Partner reward options

Alongside menu rewards, MyMacca's Rewards may include partner offers. Available options can include World of Warcraft: Forever, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Timezone, Zone Bowling, and DoorDash DashPass. Check the current reward list and its conditions in the app, since partner options may not always be available.

How to use MyMacca's for an order

MyMacca's guides you from choosing a restaurant to checking in or receiving delivery. The app can be useful for customers who want to place an eligible order and manage their rewards on an Android device. Keep your account details current so you can access points, offers, and saved orders.

1. Open the app and sign in to your account, or create an account if you have not joined MyMacca's Rewards yet.

2. Select a participating McDonald's restaurant, then choose Pickup, Drive Thru, Table Service, McDelivery, or another available ordering option.

3. Add food and drinks to your order, then check available deals or rewards before continuing to payment.

4. Pay in the app and follow the check-in instructions. For Table Service, enter the table number after arriving at the restaurant.

5. For an in-restaurant order made outside the app, show or enter your Rewards Code at an eligible Drive Thru, Front Counter, or Kiosk to collect points.
